Two things could be of factor:

Your alarm system (if any). Have it checked.

Your coil. AC heats up the coil to the extent car never starts. Have cool it down a bit then start it.

Get these checked and provide us the update so other PW members know.

that's new, will get coil checked, have no alarm system installed. what's the possible cure for over heating coil.

what if you park your car on patrol?

Problem:

I am driving my mehran normally, with AC, no heating up, no issue, enjoying everything. After driving like 15-30 minutes I park it, shut it off. Later I try to power it up after let?s say 2-5 minutes and all my car does is cranking. It does not power up.

Solutions learnt so far:

Wait 15 minutes and car will start if I am lucky, or convert it to petrol by pressing converting button two times and then start, it will start but still depends on my luck.

The Mechanic:

I have been to a lot and they all are ustads who really do not answer. I happened to get my car checked from a place where mechanic was a little learned I guess. This is what he did, first thing first, my car was not starting after CNG refill and I dragged it to him for his review. He opened up the bonnet, took a piece of wire, connect one part to battery terminal and other part to a piston sort of a thing attached to my CNG kit, I heart a TIC sound and then he started the car with ease.

Advice:

He advised me to get that piston thingy changed as it gets jammed. It was all gibberish to me frankly. I want to reconfirm this from pakwheels gurus and ekdrifter himself.

oh brother this problem happened to me way back in 2005 the thingy doesn't gets jammed the main problem is Fuse installed in CNG kit it needs to be replaced so here what i did
took my car to CNG tuning shop told me to do a full service of tank and Kit they opened up all the stuff kit and cylinder and took out all the oil in CNG kit and Cylinder cleaned it up and whole fuse assembly replaced
BTW kit was local fitted Landy rezeno.
Btw ur car's model and if kit is FF or local but if it has this fuse then problem is the fuse.

it was 650 a long time back now 1500 is my guess but get one frim 3s dealrship bahar available hain but thy are not genuine

don't go for it they will melt i did installed 25W fog lights blubs in them and they melted so not a good option.even heat might melt the bumper

no brother Hids are even hotter plus there will be no light just same as Leds are there is no reflective surface

^ ur car has 2 layers but i think there is something with KPK mehrans most have 3 layers
and now i can say even if ur ride has 10 layers open them up and grease plus nawar layer b/w them the simplest way to go
a neighbour has a 02 and he got it from KHI as he worked there its on petrol and has 2 layers but that car isn't driven at all 25k original millage
also he has a 04 mehroo with FF cng and AC it has 3 layers
note both bought and registered from KHI and brought to Peshawar

CNG Mehrans come with 3 layers while those on petrol have two. Thats what Ive seen and heard so far. My CNG car have 3 while my Neighbor have two, without CNG.
One Xtra for VX CNG is just to support the load of Cylinder.

well not true my car was vx petrol and local cng converted and it had 3 layers

^^did you buy brand new? if second hand then owner might have added one layer for prospective cng use.
