attracts dust. especially diesel and oils. reason i wash my car at home, they just spray even though you don't tell them to.

go for original rings and after rings replacing use zic 10w 40 oil or any good 10w 40 in it and after rings drive for 1000km on petrol and treat it like a new car on running

bhai jan i had bad experience with this thing
first when washed that oil produces smell
but u feel great smooth ride
after some days u will be habving issues with suspension
as diesel eats away rubber bushings from under the car and attracts dust
car becomes filthy and full of sounds
so better stay away from it just wash it with water

sir i think helpers are included in the kit and original rings cost more then 2200rs as back in 2008 i had done this stuff and all cost inculding labor was for 5000rs
but when engine is opened u will be needed some other things as well like new head gasket, new packing kit for whole engine a silicon sealent bottle
and also if ur enigne is like a mirror aka sheesha clean then u can use 10 40 oil in it

I would honestly get the kamanis cleaned up and use proper oil/grease. on an old car, using oil is better i've heard:)

We have a 2006 xli in our family, and the driver gets it oiled and it has a smooth ride, done 2lac km+

using oil eats rubbers under side and is a slow poison for rubbery bits of suspenson

Me thinking the same. I have read several posts by several experts here on this forum that oil thing degrades bushings. True, I agree but what if we do it carefully. like we only grease kamani and struts. will it soften the suspension without ruining all the bushings. we dont need to spray oil on bushings to make ride softer.

On my swift, the back steel thingy which connects left+right wheel has a sticker" don't use a jack here" apparently it makes the chassis bent.

I have seen soo many old cars being washed twice a week, and nothing is wrong with them. People laugh when i ask them to raise my car on 4 point jack.

i guess it ruins it in the long run. but anyways a smooth ride is more lucrative than bushings which dont really cost that much.

if u want really smooth ride then go for that lubrication of kamanies which i mentioned many times on this thread
open up and done with care
spraying oil on the body means trouble

btw, how does computerized suspension check work?

if in 2005 it was around 5000 then today i think it will be around 8000-1000 because of all items prices and labor and you are right if its open many small things will be needed like seals and stuff.. thanks

Aslam o Alaikum

Bro again starting problem. When CNG tank full karwataa hoon then
CNG switch shows red lite only. And gaari start naheen hoti.

Mechanic said keh piston open naheen hotaa "Desi" lagaa huaa hay
even that was also changed by him some months before. So I asked him
again to change it.

So now piston changed, CNG coil also changed. And yes I have also now
a little "Jugaar System" for this issue. I have to use a wire to connect
it from battery + to some other + in wiring. After two or three time by touching with
Battery. Green lights again starts. And so car also starts later on.

Please guide what should I do now?

well ur car is old it mighe be needing pieces as well..
also check head valve seals do all work as engine will be open
