smohsin83 bro i ran my mehran 6 years with fan auto and no thermostate
main issue in winters is that on morning start car used to vibrate like hell even after driving for 15kms i reached my uni still some times fan won't turn on but in summers car used to be at normal temp in 5 to 7 kms and fan would be on
in city driving there isn't that much annoying but when u take it on to motorway drive constant at 100 110 kms for some time summer or winter when u see temp gauge car would be at C and when u arrive at an interchange it would turn off as i have alto now with all stock fan and thermo i just changed coolant to zic and im using only coolant 3 bottles no water in system to avoid rusting i driven alto a lot more on motorway then mehran temp gauge stays in the middle even at im some interchange car never vibrates like mehran used to
and bro guard coolant is not good at all so when ur running at high speed engine needs optimum temp to deliver more power and its harm full to have no thermo in that sense main reason my mehran had issues no thermo state vale installed
i suggest get genuine one
burnoutrevenge brother same story ran with this system and one thing i like to say mehran rad is a tough rad its not some trashy thing get it cleaned use coolant and ur good to go for 2 years main issue is that our mechs think optimum temp is not 83 centigrade but its C in temp gauge i seen a guy who bought brand new alto first thing he does when he sees temp gauge climbing takes it to road side mech fan direct thermo taken out and water instead of coolant and after 2 years his alto needed head job gasket busted etc etc he once sat in my car and the way i was driving high rpm to get out of rush he was constantly looking at temp gauge and shouting don't push it its gonna overheat as his car had fan failure and his car overheated with all things removed so problem i described above thermo should be genuine not local also switch kabuli

Do consult with Ahsen (Shell petrol pump).

sir gear de kachni phans gai hai
mechanic should come tu where ur car is parked he will take out some part out from gear box
its literalty a 15 min job

Sir pareshaan na hon hum hain cars k keerey do start you car on petrol at morning and get your car tappets set.

cng don't have good combustion properties as compare to petrol that's why when you start your car in winters your car do not fully use cng in cold start and engine viberates unless it gets to the required temperature

Sir thermostate valve install karen it'll help resolve this issue as well ....

and 1 more thing kisi din time nikalen to phir apki mehran ka carborator b set krwalengey plaza se. normally cng use karne se butterfly ka kam hojata hay jiski waja se gaddi k rpm set nahin hopate.

salam!!! Is it necessary to install Tvalve in a car? OR simply by turning the fan auto will do the trick? plz suggest!!
