Mehran Experience Tips and suggestions

Hey Guys,

Last week I changed my Mehran's radiator fan from direct to auto as my mechanic suggested so. It is 96 model. It was working well and fan used to start when temp gauge reached 60-70% and then stops at 50% until today I saw temperature gauge to its full right and radiator fan was starting and stopping as it used to do. But there was little steam from radiator as I suspect fan starts too late. What could have gone wrong? Today I change it back to direct

As I think sending unit, which is poor china one, is shorted to ground and hence gauge needle traveled to its far right. Is the thermostat dependent on the temperature sending unit or its independent?

what u using in radiator
coolant or water ?
as its 96 then thermostate valve might be stuck
and 2nd case is that auto fan switch is done
get a kabuli one

Thanks for reply Ek bro. Of course using water ... If valve is stuck then it shouldn't circulate the water from rad to w.body.... am I right here?
The electrician was saying if need to change valve or switch then have to change both which is arround 600-700.

how about letting it run on direct...

Thanks for reply Ek bro. Of course using water ... If valve is stuck then it shouldn't circulate the water from rad to w.body.... am I right here?

And direct fan not adviseable as engine will suffer from sludge made in engine due to not reaching on optimum temp

First of all nikal dewo pani te dall do coolant
And direct fan not adviseable as engine will suffer from sludge made in engine due to not reaching on optimum temp

Radiator fan has stopped turning on at 60 percent mark. In fact, it doesn't switch on at all. Had to convert it to direct for the time being... checked the connections as well and they are fine..
What could be the problem?
Btw I was wondering that could the temp sensor inside the radiator be faulty?

Hahahaha.... really enjoying your comment ... By the way it starts on half self even after 7 days and its engine is water dropping still corssing 100Kmh on motorway on cng easily
If I spend some bucks on it then its perfect.

Actually there is little paint work also needed (fingers crossed) .... and my bro said no work should be done as it will void GENUINE condition so gonna sell it to some GENUINE lover and will get a clean up-model ..... phew!!!

I have Mehran 2014 Euro II. I experienced a sound from rare suspension on low speed or on uneven road. First I thought this sound is coming
from the its trunk(diggi) I took it to suzuki dealer and they said that the sound is coming from rare suspension. I called pak suzuki and they proudly accepted that yes this fault accours in mehran and you have to live with it. Any one else also have thing issue?

The wiring seems to be in order. And no, there isn't a relay in the circuit...
