took out the middle box and it was front and direct rear boxit made annoying sound after 3k rpm turrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr tus many did that after i done that but the scene was by doing that i just blown head gasket when i pushed it harder every time
I advice drilling only rear one, as if DIY goes wrong (high probability), there is only one thing to lose.
There is nothing better than sound of a 'genuine' silencer, even if it is a decade old.
Ek I have a question.while I was on my way home this was the third time the exhaust nut fell bcz of the (churi dheeli thi) but I noticed one thing that when the exhaust is able to free flow out of the engine chamber the acceleration increase dramatically.I feel a huge difference.well the noise is thought UN bearable.
free flow does have advantage but some enginess lose low end some do not and noise is main issue

Some times I feel like I am in a muscle car .MEHRAN is the the only car that gives that feel cause it's interior is empty but when it roars then I feel like turning of the audio player and listen to that sound till my ears go numb and I go to mechanic pplus an ear Doctor lol

the nuts on the front flange of the exhaust are cinch type lock nuts, they have 2 threads on their tops which are oval shaped - they lock the nut onto the stud. You are probably using general purpose scrap nuts.
One thread is wasted.
I have owned Mehran 2008 in March 2014, about 25000 km driven. I use it about 8000 km in last 8 months without any trouble & without any visit to mechanic except wheel alignment. I have used Havoline 20W50 two times. Please advise to do about tuning, Mobil oil, etc., as newcomer. Thanks

Your sulf bush are weak.get them repaired.if unrepairable then get new or qabli for 2500 to 3000
quit that engine oil use 10W40 halvoline or zic as new engine on thick oil not a good idea at all
but tell me which engine oil u are using as if its thick 20W50 then it has a tendency to freeze it is like trying to swim through chocolate chnage to 10W40
sir itna jaldi nai first he should check engine oil then the points then self is the last of that I fried mehrans self 2 times and rebuilt the same one due to thick engine oil in winters
yes 20w50 as car start drinking oil 1 litter per 2000km, car is 150K driven but still no major work of engine is done till now, engine performance n sound is awesome n no smoke as well.
