Mehran oil leak help plz!

water coming from a pulley - water pump is leaked . are you using regular tap water in radiator ?

replace water pump, clean the radiator flush the cooling system and use 50 - 50 mixture of coolant with bottled water aka distilled water and have peace of mind.

yes i am using regular tap water some what bore water from earth will it coz some serious prob if not done in sue days i mean water pump ?

no the oil pan was leaked with a tiny hole so replaced it with a new one problm solved !now water pump i thnk is left !

your radiator sucks water from reserve bottle as well, so check level there too. check leakage around water pump which is rotated by belt.

yes a mechanic told me but reserve bottle was empty for 2 days filled it up today and water drops comes in mrning nd whn engine warms up no drop of water! around pulley is also not wet when it warms!

well today i fixed my oil pan of mehran through Suzuki federal motors isb. i replaced it with a brand new one as they dont repair it! it was a very difficult work it took nearly 4 hours over there frankly speaking i dint liked the experience of suzuki dealer ship they lack professionalism very much they hve no tools just borrow them from 1 another like normal mechanics although wrk is dne lets see how it goes
well there is another question that when i strt engine sometimes water cme from a pulley a person says its water body but in radiator water level is constant and temp gauge acts normally and water comes for some while after then no drop of water kindly any suggestion ?

and about water body i think its a common problem in 08 VXR mehran i have seen countless 08 mehrans vxr esp suffer from this problem and yes its the water body issue get a genuine one will cost about 1500-1800 from 3s dealership and it will take a little time but its well worth it no heat up issue in future plus engine sound will be reduced
and also share labor plus parts cost kindly

and use Gaurd coolant one in green cans is useless

yes man 08 batch hve serious quality issue other then water body we used to hve a 04 mehran back in 05 and it was very good in built + reliability. so will be doing water body work on sunday INSHALLAH! yr cost was more but thn my father came and sort it out with some market skills

got in another trouble with this dont know what is happening the day when purchased till now car has proven a big mess for us! now the problem is that my father close friend took this car to muree for some meeting while coming back car involved in a accident during avoiding a fuel tanker coming luckily accident was minor just piller damaged right door and fender ! now my father took the car and gave it to a denter aftr 3 days he called and said sir yaha chori hoi hai and app ka engine b nahi hai i was like new engine no way! this is too much now main point what should b the cost of engine including gear box in a good condition somebody told us that it is for 60k! why will it b so costly kindly suggest what to do!

I never knew that to change the oil pan of Mehran one should have to remove the entire engine. Seems a dead simple engine bay though!

so sad to know this. you can get a kabuli engine. it will cost you 20-25K from peshawar or lahore. with transmission it will be about 30-35K. depends on bargaining skills. file a police report of engine theft. when you buy new one get a receipt and get you car registration book updated. this engine can be a beginning of new problems or a good one depending on your luck. anyway BOL. i have bought a cuore 2005. i was going to workshops and electricians for many days but did not leave car with them and was always standing on them. first take time and insist to get work finished in one day. our ustads are real ustads. they fix one thing and break two. and it is frustrating to see chotos damaging your car!

30-35 k is good enough but 60k its two much its a simple mehran engine! yes one should be with his car all the time even if its a authorized dealer well i didnt got time because of studies i told my father to take the car to Suzuki but you know how ustadz speak in a very faltering language and alas my father trusted them deep down i knew somthing will happen! i asked them to show me fir i know engine cannot be recovered but fir is must and also i will get the engine from that mechanic no matter what! now its a bis mess for us to change the engine in registration book etc anyways thanks
