Mehran over heat

Thank you so much guys, you all really helped me so much. I have checked heat gauge from suzuki township motors and they said that heat gauge is ok, but the head gas kit is need to be changed. but i don't think so that there is any need to change head gas kit. According to JATOIALI its not a fault, i am also a little bit agree with him.

Now i think according to all of this discussion i have need to change radiator with 3 pipes radiator and replace the fan with five blades fan and put the fan on automatic mode.

The suzuki township monkeys are trying to rip you off.Check it from any decent mechanic who knows how to work on the car.Check it yourself if it needs changing or not--whether car is mixing the water with mobil oil ,check it through its dipstick.Don't get caught by the chipmunks working for suzuki.They know nothing.They know how to spoil you car.

Its pretty much normal when you will drive mehran on 120Km/h.The sensor could be faulty which can't be traced by the goofs working for suzuki.

for the head gasket you can check it yourself too... just start your car when it is cold and open the radiator cap and pull the accelerator manually from the carbeurator and look for any bubbles developing in your radiator coolant. is you see bubbles developing it is because of the pressure your head gasket leaks through the engines water inlets and mixes air with it.. if it is not there thank god and drive safe.

just get your radiator's fan replaced by high speed fan(atleast 5blades)(panch paro wala pankha :P) and add a relay with it...and your problem will be solved....

guyz believe me cooling fan plays main role in car's cooling system...get a high speed fan and enjoy summer season

5 blade fan on a little "khilona" motor is useless, what you should have suggested is this A REAL radiator fan

bhai yeh log pata nai kiyu mehran kay pichy pary hain bohat achi car hia cng pe 110 120 tak jati hai ac acha nia hai par passsy bhi dekhoa kinty hain 6 ki hai abki sab car 8 10 ki hain
