As you can see my car should go right at the place, where I have put the circle and not on the left side and should follow the straight path as indicated by the red line, but you can see the car is deviated after running for around 30-40 meters to the left side.

chk for tire pressures it should be 30 psi in all 4 .... also go for wheel alignment they wil help u to aligh the wheels....

Tire pressure is same 30 psi on 4 of them.I don't know where to go for the alignment of wheels, because I'm pretty much disappointed by the mechanics I recently visited for this problem!

Yaar sorry for misunderstanding.

But this is for sure alignment issue i dun know why they are not recognizing this.

Baki gari kafi ziada khench rahi hai towards left and any good alignment guy should take care of this.

Umer i am not from karachi i am in Rawalpindi if you here i know few people but for karachi some one mentioned few workshops on the previous page why dun u try that?

not necessarily wheels alignment but yes it needs wheel alignment there are other factors involved also...

I think may be I have to fix this problem on my own somehow.I think I better open up the tire myself and can see what I can do.

one of my friends got this type of problem with his ALTO VXR and he visited many mechanics. eveyone was suggesting different type of solution but despite getting it alligned from many centeres problem was still existing. one day while coming back from Rawalpindi to Wah Cantt we saw a old mechanic sitting in the sun and enjoying the sunlight, we decided to take his opinion he asked us to park the car of the deck and started checking the car from the down and said to come early in the morning so that he will be able to check the RACK ENDs, Steering End and Steering Assembly. We went to him early in the morning where he opened the suspension and checked all these and after that he told he will get it fixed within next 15 min. what he did was he opened the cross where the rod coming from the steering is attached to the assembly connected to tyres and simply hit the assembly connected to wheels slightly as it was disturbed by the jurk. now he again fitted the assembly and said have a test drive. since that day car is doing its work properly. so i suggest u should go to mechanic and tell him to check all the things cited above so u might get your problem solved.

i m with bilal4g15 ..ask mechanic to chk the cross of ur steering ..its under the carpet under ur brake pedal..

I learned in a book, that these front wheel driven car don't have adjustable camber and caster on front wheels and they are not tunable and our mechanic fixes them by bending the metal rods, I still think the problem is with the alignment.The car was fine before the mechanic tried to align the car and now steering is not centered.He was applying some forces on the rods of the car and had some spanners with him and was tighting some nuts or loosing them, I don't know and he said me he was doing some setting.I believe if the problem is created by altering the alignment, so it can be reverse back by doing the same settings and not by touch anything else for the alignment,I don't know if I'm correct or not.
Please correct me, if you feel about it.These days I'm studying about the car, so that I can understand this problem and on the other hand I believe the driver must have knowledge himself about everything of the car.

This problem makes me remind me a problem I had with my bicycle around some 8-10 years back.There was a problem with my rear tire and the problem was with the tire rod.
I consultanted many cycle shops, but no body was actually able to diagonse and fix the problem, then I on my own diagnoses that problem and after I came to know about that problem I just fixes that.
I read lots of literature about the bicycle and I got so much enthusiastic about that.I also had a bicycle magazine in which I had seen an address of bicyclist repair shop some where in the eurpore, I wrote him a letter and draw some pics of my tire rod and wrote everything about it in the paper and send him the mail and I waited for the reply, but I didn't get the mail so one day I called him and he explained me on the phone and I got that idea as what could be wrong.As I know this site is dedicated to the car, so I won't be going in to the details of the problem of the bicycle right now and to discuss the bicycle rather than the cars

Seems to me like your car was not repaired properly after the accident. Sometimes the chassis can get damaged and that would result in the problems that you are describing. Have the chassis inspected for damage.

What was the diagnosis of Suzuki motors? They must have given you some indication of the problem. And what is it that they were charging Rs.7000 to fix?

They didn't diagnose the car, they asked me to bring the car on tommorow morning, as they said it's gonna take a one complete day.I asked them how much charge should I expect from them, they were not telling me at the first.I kept on insisting at least you should give me a rough idea about your fee, then the mechanic to whom I was taking to consulted his manager and then his manager just give a look for around 5 minutes to the car and told me it's gonna cost me at least 7,000 rupees.I ask them it's not worth that.They said we have to do this and that, have to look for the balance rod and have to look for the alignment of the car and also of the wheels and have to ensure whether or not the rods or broken or imbalanced and bla bla bla.........

The Chassis is perfectly fine.
Actually the car didn't go into the car accident, my younger brother doesn't know how to drive well, he took my car in the early morning, when I was sleeping, for a little ride and he hit the car tire in the gutter and there by damaged the wheel and tire.There's no damage to the chassis of the car.

If your tire has moved a few inches because of the accident then it is probably because you bent something. Alignment is not going to fix the problem. After the problem is fixed then you should go for an alignment. I cannot suggest a place, since I live in Lahore. But you can ask Karachi members for help, they will be able to guide you to a suitable place. It does not seem to be a major problem, you just need to find a reliable mechanic. Good luck.

Actually the mechanics heat the support rod and Allign it too the desired place...get this again
