Mehran Radiator Fan switching on at very high temperature

Direct kerdy switch ko it's really important in this weather too had same issue last week, it was automatically , but I changed into direct and went to muree and nathia Gali all good now. No heat up on hills + motorway

And I have the opposite case. My radiator's fan turns ON very soon. In such cold weather, once I get to enjoy the heat coming from heater; the radiator fan turns ON although the thermostat needle is below the middle of the green portion (like 25% of the green portion). Any solution so that the fan doesn't turn on very soon?

Change the coolant temp sensor which turns the fan on and off. It's a cheap item.

My radiator fan sometimes switches on for 5,6 seconds at very low needle like at 20% . otherwise it switches on normally at 45% heat needle... i m worried why it sometimes auto start at 20% for 5,6 seconds???

Very well said... Now how to ascertain if the water pump is bad or inlet choked..any tips ??

visual test is done by coolant flow through the top tank of the radiator when engine is hot (provided thermostat is installed) - you should experience a surge of coolant in it.

verification is draining the system and inspecting the intake tube - if its corroded, then high chance is that the pump is too.
