started driving within the compound of my farm when i was 14, but was only allowed to drive on my own (regularaly) once i passed my driving test inthe UK when i was 17. passed the normal test and the advanced driving course on my first try.

Personally i am not in favour of CNG for one reason, it's a burden on an already scarce resource. gas is for cooking and heating, not powering your car. the huge burden of CNG for cars has lead to countrywide "gas shedding".
