I was at Arng Kel on May 24 and the rain ruined all the tour.

24 to 27 was rain. We saw few tourist going back widout trekking to arrang kel. It is like that naran jae aur jheel na dekhe
army guest rooms r not for civilians without Big reference, actually they havr few well maintained rooms for those army officers who go their on duty for few days. Standard of room at kel was not less than 4 star hotel in Isd.
