Using latest technologies available in market is not called COPYING. Its just like saying that Merc has a steering wheel so Lexus copied it since it has one too.
The thing to look for is that what that technology in car is delivering on roads. In earlier days carby technology was used by every manufacturer. Then came in efi (did it mean copying?). Then hybrid. No one copied. Every brand adopted new technology.
What should be judged is that how two hybrids are actually delivering not that who copied who. I think things are a bit clear now.
