damnnn!!! repairs are gonna give a hard time to the owner, the car is not totalled but most of the panels will have to be replaced !!!!! ALLAH is key mailk ko hosla dey....

khyber is in a bad condition , hope the driver is fine and could bear the loss......

damriol was at the signal just after this accident happened and also snapped up some pics. I think the merc will cost alot to repair since just the airbags alone will be around 5-8 lacks then they'll need new sensors,.... and then the chassis will need to be straightened and the panels beaten.

I'm not saying that it's impossible to fix but it'll cost alot of money to do so.

As for the suzuki,... it'll be back on the road in a few days...

Saw the mercedes on the mid divider after the accident...... I thought it would be a drunk driver who went over the divider.......... didn't see the khyber at the intersection..... didn't have time to investigate ....... had to rush to office........

As per today's Jang the driver of Khyber is dead. He could not survive at the hospital while the other 2 occupants, his wife and mother, are in critical condition. The owner of Mercedes escaped from the scence. Police is investigating.

khyber can be repaired and will be on roads in like 1/2 weeks

merc is a total loss. Offcourse if the owners wants he can get it repaired if he wants to keep it forever and not sell it.
Normally the cost of repair would be so high(as Storm mentioned only airbags would cost 5-8 lacs) that getting a brand new car would be more feasible for both insurance company(if insured) the owner(if not insured)

either way people shoudld be careful since there are alot of idiots using the roads (specially around new years) and sadly red light jumping is very common nowdays. even if the light is green we should stop (or slow down) and judge the trafics around us when crossing a major crossing like this one where accidents are common.

accident happened on the corner of habib bank and gogo chicken in blue area,... no doubt the cars were travelling wel in excess of the posted speed limit (65km/h)
