Had a drive in MG HS yesterday. It felt stiff compared to Tucson, haven't had a drive in Sportage so can't compare. To me MG HS felt stiffer than the civic. Is that a correct observation or merely placebo?

Just got some info from the MG group on Facebook and saw people receiving their cars who have G-300 onwards allocation numbers whereas I haven't received mine although my allocation number is G-305. Another thing doing rounds is that the black ones are short right now and they are giving out only the white ones.

I believe you have said it correctly as I test drove it a week back and compared its ride to my civic. yep, it definitely has a stiffer ride as compared to my civic at least.

I heard some cars came with 45 psi in the tires maybe that's the reason or maybe it actually is, def need an owner to shed light on this

Tire pressure is measured n filled only on cold tires.

Unlike our awam that not only measures but also fills based on warm Tire pressure. That is always much higher than the cold tire pressure.

Another carrier has crashed with White MG HS's upside down on Karachi-Hyderabad Motorway. It seems to be some sort of a curse or something because it's like the 3rd time this happened.

i have under G-200 and haven't received , paid the remaining amount and they are saying will get it buy 15th Aug.

This can be, but my colleague got it on own from a friend. So it wasn't right out of the showroom. I believe overfilling was probably not the issue. Will check the tyre pressure next time to be sure.

Could anyone please comment how's the sound insulation at 120 km/h compared to Tucson and sportage? And what is the RPM figures again compared to Tucson and Sportage?

Hi,

There is annoying clicking sound coming from center where gear lever is. I am not sure if its plastic thats causing this. Anyone experienced it?

Visited MG Lounge today. They only have white and red combination cars available at the time. New consignment is expected to arrive at the showrooms on the 15th of August and the deliveries for May will hopefully be done between the 16th and 20th of August. They still have no clue if the new ones will have the new or old meter.
