I found a guy on olx (Lahore) he made perfect sized plate for front bracket - including raised lettering etc. Looks just like the govt provided one, but has much nicer fit/finish

How much PSI are you guys losing in tires per month? I lost 5 psi in each tire in a month, seems excessive to me?

That's his whatsapp, you can ask him for pics. Btw, the front plate is not metal, he said the punching machine doesn't make that size, so its plastic material but high quality. Our plates still look brand new a year later.

My apple car play keeps on disconnecting.
At times the wire does not recognize the device and has to connect again and again.
I am using genuine apple/cable for the connection.
Moreover, as I have recently switched from civic to HS. I feel the brakes lag a lot with response only coming at a very last stage!
To highlight i have bought a used HS which clocks at 20000 Km with maintenance from MG.

Try another cable, one of my cables started acting up as well so switched to a different cable its working fine now.

Yes braking is indeed a bit squisher compared to civic , but trust me its alot better than sportage and tucson, also these cars are alot heavier than civic one just needs to get used to the brakes a bit .

No , I contacted that guy , altho he can match the format of the official plate but the dimensions are not same as original excise issued plates , and I don't wanna give a reason to some traffic warden to pull me over . So I'm sticking with my original plates.

On rear doors, there is a speaker grill next to door lever. Does that have a speaker? or wiring harness there to install a speaker?

In the engineering mode you can activate 8 speakers
I think there is a physical speaker there

If there was a speaker there, why would they not enable it and advertise 8-speakers instead of 6? I think the car comes with 8-speakers in some markets so they have the grill there...definitely not the speaker. Hoping someone here has looked into this

I did change it to 8 speakers and could not hear any noise coming from the rear door tweeters

Has anyone installed a larger AH battery in their MG? We don't drive our MG much, and with tracker the 63AH battery seems to drain in about a week.

Looked in the engine area, looks like there is room on the mounting bracket for a larger battery, so should be possible.

Drove the car for 40km on Sat and today the battery is showing 12.10v only (checked using voltmeter with car turned off). Anyone else experiencing such battery drainage?

Mainly because of the company's shady practices. People have been waiting for ages for the CKD variants but there is still nothing launched in the market. I myself have sold an MG HS, based mainly on the uncertain future of MG in Pakistan.
