if i gET 21 / 22 I AM MORE INTO CBU AND it cost me less what things should i check before buying or does mg service center offer any service where they can inspect the cars ?or is it a vise decision selling 2017 1.5t civic which is market's car and get mg hs the best benefit for getting mg hs is in that price no other car offer much feature talking anout 21/23like i have to keep the car for atlest 4 years.
I've seen people mention here about MG HS DCT transmission heatup issue , talk to MG if they can diagnose potential car by putting it on their scanner to see if It might have had that code earlier
Just take it to the mg Center that provide comprehensive checkup.if you think about market than it will be very difficult to buy it.if you like the drive want to enjoy just go for it.ii remember when buying TV other than national Panasonic was crime even Sony has to struggle.now nobody even care about that.soon this is going to happen to cars too in my opinion
I do not ever remember a time when Sony wasn't considered best of the best in TVs. My folks had Sony TV in the 70s.
What are the known faults of MG HS ? Thinking to buy AWD 2.0. I have heard about AC coil/evaporator leakage, what others known faults are present in the car?

I'm in Lahore...I've found cabin, engine and oil filters made by Guard. Would MG service centers complain if I bring in my own Guard filters?
I don't believe the local production cars will have coil problems. I have the CBU 1.5 which experienced it and the rep claimed they get rusted because of the long storage at the port due to clearance delays. It was replaced free of cost over a year and a half ago and has not had the same issue again and the AC does in fact perform better than when I took delivery.
I wouldn't classify the suspension as hard especially compared to a Civic, it's pretty comparable. Are your sure you are running the pressure at 2.3 Bar
Last night had an issue with my MG HS. After stopping at a round about the car wouldn't move forward. DCT won't engage and rpm just kept going up when pressing the accelerator. After restarting the car a few times I was able to drive home with engine check light on. What could be the issue?

Take it to the dealership let them diagnose that's why we get warranty.
Just make sure to fill up hi-octane wherever you can, won't have any problem running 1-2 consecutive tanks of regular as well when you can't find the latter. Nothing else to worry about.
took it all the way to china border. There is one hi-octane pump in gilgit and one in hunza so make sure to top up hi-octane there.
Does anyone know if MG Care (packages mall) lahore, has their own body shop or if they outsource body repair work to some third-party?
Now that you mention it I don't think they have any in house painting facilities and I've never seen bodywork being done.
I visited the center, its basically one room where they spray and fix the cars. They definitely don't have equipment to fix major crash damage, so are likely getting it done from someone else.
