I started using Lpg on my cng kit.it worked like a charm .it is giving me 26km in 1kg and with heavy foot and 30km/kg on light foot.its safe and has great acceleration and power.I feel like I am driving on patrol.

Alto 2004Without A/c:
20/ kg (in city)16/ L (in city)
Driving:Gear change at every 20km/h
Tire size: 145Rim :12*4.5
city EXIS automatic gives 16 km/kg in city with start stop kind of Traffic + AC is it ok ???
More stopping=More fuel consumedIf you're saying that 50% or more of your traffic is like this then this is EXCELLENT mileage. What speed do u keep your ac on???
@ formula2012
Very poor mileageGear change @ every 20km/hr. try it!!!Specially don't over use 2nd gear
5th gear :at 70 on CNG & at 60 on petrolThis is for mileage not performance.
not much stopping but the speed mostly remains under ... 50 km .... AC on 1 or 2 position / (total 4) .... ..and btw every day driving not more than 20 kms ..
With low ac and under 50 mileage is average. still OK.but for city it should be better.I'm saying this because city is a Very efficient car.You should talk to some expert about it .I'm sure there is room for improvement .This mileage is OK for less advanced engines like alto, cultus etc.For city I think the mileage should be better.
If daily mileage is 20Km only, that too in dense city traffic, then 16 Km/Kg is fine enough. The drive will be mostly in 2nd - 3rd gear, which consumes more fuel.
Don't hand it over to mechanics/ustaads. You'll ruin the setup and still the avg. won't improve
