Hello everyone!
I've been looking for a mini since the last ten months or so, and finally I've found one. But there's a problem, the previous owner chopped off its roof. It has its own registration and original documents, not those of a Morris Minor. The engine was overhauled by the previous and has not been used since. Suspension parts are also complete. The only problem is the roof and center pillars, the previous owner sold them off or something. I personally feel that making a 'desi' roof won't be a good idea, and I have no plans of restoring it without the roof. I'd like you fellows to advise me what to do, whether i have any alternatives or not. I'm ready to buy another shell, even if it comes without doors, fenders and bonnet etc. as I already have these. Luckily, the previous owner did not chop off the door frames/pillars (whatever they are called). If anyone knows of any MK I shell which is up for sale, please do let me know.
