Astore stayed at Army guest house, my friend helped me in booking. There are numerous hotels, the best one is PTDC-Rama.

In Minimarg, You'll be needing Army permission, and no hotels, only Army resthouse.

Gupis, the best one is PTDC, however, there are couple of other (clean) motels for family.

I had gone through your note 2 days ago and I wanted to reply but could't find appropriate words to express my feelings (though still I stand with my statement) . It is a master peace. I didn't read anything like this for a long while. Selection of the words and flow of your writing is flawless. Furthermore, I am very glad to meet a true Muslim/Patriot person like you. I believe this is desperate need of the time to show real Pakistan to the world and a Pakistani be like.
You will be surprised I didn't speak about your trip. Why because what you have seen with the camera that Allah has bestowed you can not be seen with that what you are trying to show us.

Wassalam, Minimarg is three hours drive from chillum, and chillum is two to three hours from Astore. Cars can not go to Minimarg, only choice is parado or 4x4 jeeps. You need to get permission to visit minimarg from Astore Army Unit. other wise you will be stopped at Chillum or Burzil pass. Only option to stay at minimarg is Army Mess. there is a small village and construction and operation of hotels is not allowed due to security / intelligence reasons. This area is closed to border thats why having full control of Army. Some times duz duz (firing) also going on in that area.
However now a days its safe.
Minimarg is not the only heaven there........ Domail, rainbow lake, crystal lake, Army camping units are the places of great interest and beauty.
Another option is Kamri from Minimarg. its few hous close to Tao Bat of Kashmir side. its very beautiful.
There is a camping spot ahead of minimarg towards domail, but again Army permission required.
i visited twice in those areas.
Thanks to Army who maintained the natural beauty of the area by not allowing commercial activities.
Those who can afford, may visit direct at Rainbow lake in helicoptor from Gilgit.

AoA, thanks for ur quick reply. Plz guide me how can I go there. I will stay at Bunji army mess, how to go to minimarg from there. I m planning to camp at minimarg. Army permission no issues. Just tell me what to do, whom to contact, contact numbers if any, availability of jeeps etc. Simply please give me details word by word.

Minimarg is ahead of Astore. You need to visit Astore Army Mess. The Mess Secretary will contact minimarg for LoC situation and get permissin on phone line. Once done get the jeeps or parado from Astore city and drive to Chilum and onward to Minimarg via Burzil Pass. After getting permision Ask army person to inform ur name at Chilum and Burzil check posts for easy and smooth going. otherwise you have to wait there for some time

Dear @Bruit Brother i want to visit Minimarg last year but army did't permitted me for going me in minimarg.
Is this option is available that i got permission from astore army head quarter and got a permission letter so that i can visit minimarg.
I am planning to visit on 23 august after Eid Ul Azha 2018.
