cng opens in isb at 10pm as per my knowledge..
try planning such that u are in hilly areas in morning to avoid any trouble (God Forbid) and same goes for different areas in southern punjab and sindh due to security reasons..u may know better as you have come previously also..i dont know, can only remind..
