normal EK wagon has simple head lights, wihtout fog ligghts,
sports has projector lamps, stylo bumper etc, immobilizer, rear/side view cams, etc

apart from engine oil, what are the recommendations for other oils, like gear oil, power steering oil, how often should we change it?

My car scientist (ustad) recommends to change engine oil after every 3000km or 3 months which ever comes first. Which means if car is not making 3000km in 3 months even then its advisable to change engine oil+oil and air filters
For gear oil 50k km limit is suggested

One of my friend has Chevy Optra, same happened to his car. it was diagnosed there is some plug under the butterfly/throtlebody which was half pluged.
and wolllaaaa, problem was gone.. please check all the fuse and electrical stuff. it might help.

I need help for Japanese car tape that is installed in my ek wagon im unable to make it work, it show some japanese message SD written in between. has anyone idea how to make it work?

YOur Plyaer is saying" Please inser correct Map SD Card"
Actually these players need software disk to run first time after battery is connected/disconnected (DVD cd in older models, and SD card in newer models)

so, you can make it work by going to any car audio shop, they will put their SD card in your player, it boots u and they will charge you Rs 500/- or 1000/-

Aoa All members.

Can anyone tell me the recommended engine oil of Ek 2011..2012 according to cars manual?? i don't have manual for my car but i want to know the recommended engine oil for the car.

i have asked it before everyone has his own opinion and i respect that opinion some suggested me Zic some suggested me Liqui moly but im so confused so i want to change the oil now and want to know the grading of engine oil according manual

my Mitsubishi ek is 2011 and 60k on ODO original.

2ndly does anybody know the authorize Mitsubishi dealers still exist on Queens road Lahore or not? like if they do exist so do they have the facility to check up Ek for any diagnosis through computer?

you can check the part number of air filter by taking it out, if original one is installed in it.
otherwise just goto shops, and ask EK wagon 2010 air filter, they will show you. you have to check yourself if you can find a genuine or near to genuine filter.
