For your first car I would recommend Suzuki Mehran brand new. It’ll fit your budget and not require maintenance. It’s very cheap to maintain. With used cars one needs to be very careful as there are many people trying to swindle you.
This is a cheap way to learn about car maintenance. You could buy better cars but they’d just require repairs and time investment which I don’t think you have since you travel 80km daily.
