She is sleeping till Sunday. I just start it for two minutes and let her sleep.

@nnabeel @dayrider when I start the car it smells petrolish as if oil and petrol are mixed and blowing from the exhaust any guidance.. haven't talked about this with my mechanic.. and yes no smoke at all. Just a minor engine oil leak from the rocker cover.

The smeel problem is that the car is running too rich on fuel. Air Fuel Mixture needs to be adjusted.

it was more than 2 minutes sir. i was just a phrase. i atleast started for 10 mins to the the fluids flow.

Good to see some final results.

the actual pics will reveal after a complete wash. few things i suggest need improvement.

1) Paint all wheel wells in black so they dont give a dirty look.
2) Get all mechanical done before.
3) You have done a basic mistake in selecting the color patter for your seats and door cards.The black is a bad choice while the center color of seats is ok. Get it in contrast matching grey with dashboard grey because the whole theme inside the car is grey.
Aur waisey bhe black seat covers will always look dirty and catch dust.
4) Your cushion guy didnt worked well on the seats specially the back of the back seat. he has tightened the cushion leaving gaps. adjust the back.
5) handbrake looking bad, Paint it.
6) Raise the height of center Armrest so you can easily pull the handbrake.
7) Clean the dashboard vents with Q tips or a tooth brush. don't use 7cf because it will get things oily which will further gets dirt.

8) the height from back still needs to be adjusted. check the height in the silver color car image i have posted above.

Jazakallah for the guidance @nnabeel bhai will take care of the items you listed.

-The car will be mechanically completed and tuned this Sunday.

-After that will take it for a proper fluid change, Wash and then will get it waxed again.

-The seats require to be adjusted properly. i have talked to the cushion maker he says he will adjust it. and then will go go for skin fit seat covers.

-Interior needs to be detailed.

-All the suspension work is the last thing on the list.

A little short of budget and time as i am leaving Karachi on Monday so will get the most done that i can and then will continue form the next month.

Update is. I have bought all the required parts and seals for tomorrow's work. My mechanic says to change a the brake shoes at the back which is a good thing. They tend to fade away. So have bought those.

List of work:

1: changing all the brake washers and seals including shoes and pads (brake service)
2: tuning the engine it is vibrating and needs tappet adjustment, timing adjustment, vaccum hoses checked and the air fuel mixture adjusted.

And he will help me in tiding up the interior.

Do recommend a good quality grease for rear wheel bearings.

Ohk, as advised by @nnabeel bhai. I have today started to clean the dash board using a shampoo, a tooth brush and a microbfibre cloth. It is real dirty so kept it soaked in the shampoo for a couple of minutes and then rubbed with the brush and the cloth. Results are good but it requires to be polished.

Any recommendations for the interior polish is most welcome..

My mechanic arrived by 11am today and spent majority of the time making the engine as quite as possible. Changed all the belts, adjusted the timing and the tappet. Rocker cover seal was leaking badly due to a faulty nut corrected that..

Then came rear drum brake seal which was worn out on one wheel but changed both of them..

So practically I can now take the car anywhere I want just suspension bit and a hell lot of detailing remains..

He meant that if you start your car for Two Minutes, the Battery will not charge properly, The fluids will not flow evenly and you wind up slowly damaging the engine and a car that wont start cause the battery is low.

The height is out but wheel is centered between the rear of the car and the rear door. Checked that. Also checked that Bush that also is in good condition.

bhai, please remove the paint and let them in original form. when u give the car for detailing ask him to make them clean and restore them to original form. they have techniques for restoring such things.
