Bought a new family car this last week a Passo was real busy in searching for a good car so didn't have time to deal with me lancer but since Saturdays for me have always been car love days so took her for a spin of about 30kms. She did it with no probs at all. No heat ups no stupid noise. Although some locks needed adjustment and some rubber needed to be dealth with in the engine room area did that. Also tried to find a new Power Steering rack since mine is leaking and it is better to replace. But had no luck finding one..

I was in doubt about the front and back foundations, found the rear one to be broken and the front one to be lose(needed a rubber guide). Got both changed today. Also since the air box was off so cleaned the carburetor a bit which was not needed... The car is now not vibrating at all mashallah and as quite as can be.

Also made arrangements for some lighting in me lancers parking area.

Yes Mashallah. And these days all of them run except my Lancer. As i dont use it usually. Only on Sats and Suns. I had to give my Khyber to my Cousin.

if you gave away the khyber and the lancer is sparingly used, then what do you drive daily?

These days Driving the Passo. it feels really slow though. Khyber will be back when my Cousin finds a car for himself

how come? i have one for home use, and my first car is a grande, yet i still don't find it slow, maybe you don't push it enough.

I just find it slow when over taking and grande is a 1.8 this is a 1.0 a huge difference @dayrider

don't look at the eco light while over taking and it wont feel slow.
There is a big difference between a grande and a passo, but every car has its capacities and when one drives numerous cars, they can tell when a car can and can't perform, my only reference was that even though i drive a grande on a daily basis, i still don't find passo to be a slow car, so you might just not be pushing the pedal enough, making it run on fumes

What you are saying is possible. i will notice this when i drive home today. But the feel is a lot different then manuals. yes it is easy to drive but not as exciting and fun.

You might feel the difference because of a manual gear and auto......and the fear you have of driving the car with caution.
