I was and am in search of an original factory stereo or radio for my car. Yesterday my boss gave me an idea to upgrade this radio to something that is original means came wfrom factory in another model and is advanced like a CD player or something so I can enjoy both the quality, simplicity and the peace of mind with just good enough sound. Search OLX and found this.

This is the OEM stereo for a Daihatsu Mira it looks really simple which was my idea after markets were too brash too much light and a hell lot of options but this is rather simple. Has decent enough sound is made by Fujitsu so has quality. Plus came with the factory wiring which has fuses and other things. And the deal was good good too.

I always liked the simiplicity and utility of this media player. You cannot simply match it with those modern touchscreen panels. Nice dig!

Jazakallah for the appreciation @muhammad.irtiza. yes it is all about the simplicity and the lines of the interior. Plus the lights match the lights of the Digital Meter in the car..

One thing I have noticed for a couple of days is that the car feels a bit hotter than usual..

What I mean is when I last changed a blown hose I bled the system of air myself, there is no rust in the coolant, the T-Stat is new and the Fan is on Auto and the speed is also fine but I have observed after the engine is on for like half an hour the radiator top hose which connected to the radiators upper hose to the water inlet of the engibe feels a bit hot and a bit tight to press? Can anyone guide.

One thing I should mention is the radiator is single nali as they say. But has been working fine since I bought it. There is no drop in the water levels both in the radiator and the reservior. The temp guage upto half and I don't use AC.

What about thermostat valve? Is it present???

Ji sir I mentioned earlier it is present. Installed genuine in January.. do suspect any problem. @rajaatta

Ohk. I will do that tonight and check.. what do you think btw what's wrong. Should I bleed the system again. Or the single nali radiator is a problem.

@dayrider sir the radiator is in perfect condition no rust issues, no leaks, no bent fins, it is not choked. Bought when car was in the final restoration phase. I guess in December.

Is the water body pump working? Coolant/ water is circulating in the cooling system? If water is not circulating well owing to corroded fins of water body pump then temperature will rise. Once engine is cool, start car and take off radiator cap. If T Valve is working, then coolant will start circulating after engine warms up and T Valve opens. If coolant is moving then pump is OK. Shift focus to other parts.

Do you guys recommend using vinegar to flush my cooling system ... Means a mixture of vinegar and water or should I use soda.

What about the leakages you would face after vinegar removes scaling from gaskets and rusted pipes.

Not recommended. Getting immersed too much in to knowledge and research would cost you too much money. Avoid doing it bri.
