Omer very sorry for your loss.....u have a special place of your car in ur heart which is encouraging you to bring her back to its original glory. i would suggest one thing because me and my brother had done the same. We have a mazda 1500 whose parts are impossible to find, we searched and find a car same make and model which was unusable. We bought the whole car and scavenged every single thing from the car from engine to each bit and piece leaving the frame only. We used all the necessary parts and kept the extra to be used in future. Then we sold the car in shershah as scrap which recovered approx half of the price in which we bought it.
So do the same if u want to keep the car alive.
there are many ads on OLX for lancer which are lesser than 100k and in pretty beat-up conditions. Go visit them to see if these cars match the same model as you have, the cars must have proper documentation so they can be sold in the end. inspect the cars thoroughly for every bits and parts that are in perfect condition and can be used in your car currently or can be used in future (it includes all interior parts, console boxes, hand rest, door handles, mirrors, sun shades, knobs etc etc etc) because most of the interior parts can not be purchased new and shershah ppl will rip u for these.
Also check for the mechanical parts as well which are impossible to find like you mentioned the radiator or the wiper motor like things…. Suspension parts, parts required in engine room which have burnt like air box, water reservoir , door parts, windscreens , etc etc etc etc which can be taken out easily and kept easily.
Buy the whole car in the least price, tow it to ur home, keep the parts scrap the rest is the easiest thing.
