does your car have reliability problems? VW in America usually need new parts after a year since they are made in Mexico, at least people on reddit.com/r/cars say so

No. My car is under full factory warranty till 50K miles. Along with that I have 100k warranty of DSG. And some parts 120K. Even rear spoiler light is warranted for 10 years. Lol.
VW America produce VW passat. Jetta Comes from VW Mexico while CC, GTI and Eos are made in Wolfsburg Germany. So my car is made in Germany.

Every car manufacturers comes with problems but it's not whole product line.may be one odd model/batch. But I have just 11.5K miles on it so not worried. I have owned VW for 10 years now. Never had problems.

My jetta ( https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/members-member-rides/202564-my-2013-vw-jetta ) is made in Mexico and the third one in a row and no problems. I have seen new Lexus , mercedes with issues. Recalls are everywhere.
