Has anyone been successful with payment? I am following up with fbr for advice but the helpline seems clueless too & my coc will expire.

you cry or fry government, they made 52 billion Rs from this. however still policy makers give relief to the high end phone user, >500 USD tax not increased proportion to its price, means you will pay almost same amount to a 3000 USD phone

What the govt makes out of it means nothing to us especially overseas ones, i get no benefit out of paying taxes neither will the govt help me in need, question arises over what purpose taxes serve. The only purpose left of taxes collected is lavishness in govt sector & giving more benefits/salary raises to bureaucratic machine that is corroded. Maintaining same tax for >500 usd phone serves the rich not the poor or middle class! Stupid govt policies lacking practicality or common sense due to which i m entangled between fbr & pta.

Agree Brother, i am also affected (using first time a 4 years old s7). however i suggest you and other overseas write this on PM portal suggestion to have some relief, they listen if some hundreds of complaints/suggestion go in same portion.

our biggest issue as nation is that we cry here and there but never report/suggest any issue on record (in this case PM portal).

i started crying at pm portal first then here n there everywhere, problem is pm doesnt read it by himself rather he has assistants who tell him all is going well sir you are doing good lol 🤣
