Faisal, the choice is excellent. The 2C fits well. All you need to do it fabricate the oil sump so that the hood (bonnet) stays in its original position, else with have to be raised.
The gear mates perfectly. Obviously you will need a few adjustments once its up and running, but don't be disheatened by those.
Suggest you have it done by someone who has done it before or a mechanic who has done any sort of engine swaps.
Registration costs vary from city to city and I think you will also need to have the forensic lab test done.
If you can, you can show lower CCs on the engine and save cost of annual taxes. Registration cost should be between 22-32k
