is it a good thing or bad to hav soft clutch and gear

Since its a mechanical clutch, it should feel like somewhat mechanical and be a bit heavy. I think the light clutches are fine too, but that would mean its going towards something, in the future.

The gears should be firm enough when engaged, not too hard to push and not too light either.
A very hard gear engagement would mean damaging the gears that would eventually lead to seizure or extremely light gears.

i m still on the stock carb .....not happy with it ,,,it embarrasses me
the spare wheel is fine ,,,not bent at all ....
i have to ask u about the thermostat....the guage is okay ,,,shows nothing even after long drive ....n the radiator also stays koool ...
hope this issue is not an alarm ....hmmm ???
also needs an advise on the engine oil ...the quantity and the best available in the market ......

sarmad i opened the light its very powerfull seald beam and it states made in usa and h3 foglight on it the lense is very dark i cannot see normal light passing through it

i can arrange carb and fuel pump but if u have old 2f carb i can set that for u as well

Normal light does not pass thru them InfraRed does.

Let me know about the fuel pump, I'll check with my brother if he wants the carb set

The originals are an embarrassment, even the $250 ones. I believe one that's for 450 euro has the issue fixed in it, but then that's too much of a price.

Does the thermo gauge needle rise at all or not ?
Radiator stays cool ?? U mean to say that the water is cool in it ? Is the water body working fine, how much have you driven this way ? I tell you, if it were a problem, you'd have a big problem on your hands by now. Just open the radiator cap, start the engine and see if the water goes up and down and rotates in the radiator.
Have the thermo sending unit and gauge checked.

While I'm at the wants, I also need an original Toyota FJ40's 2F carburetor.

there is non avail in karachi i am using old dodge fuel pump and it works fine.
