Black dry carbon is accumulating on my spark plug , which shows that the mixture is so rich or it lacks to intake air.
I have already :
replaced the slowjet and mainjet with new ones.
Tried all the needle positions.
Removed the airfilter to eliminate the chances of restring air .
Set the carb on its stock angle (position).
The problem is that it is not idealing up correctly , to ideal it i have to set the mixture screw to the richest position ie. 5 turn out or otherwise
it will stop.
So what could be left that i can do to make it ideal at correct mixture and correct sparkplug color.
May be lasting left is to replace the needle ?
