Now to put things on perspective, genuine or fake was never the issue. Back biting and commercial selling was the issue from day one. As far as my tweeters are concerned, I have put up my evidence, and everyone can make out their own perceptions and deductions. I am not interested in it. You sold your tweeters, now its the buyers will and headache if he wants to pursue the fake or genuine stuff. I and WE dont care. We dont give a damn. If they are original they are yours and even if they are fake, they are still yours.... No one is least bothered. So, with this fake genuine scape goat out of the way, back to the original issue that you have been evading while giving just lame excuses only, post the damn receipt from "abroad" and PROVE your credibility. Thats the only way out of this "disgrace"

I am not going any where, so far I have answered all of your questions etc that you put for me, about the 4.75 you are talking, sure, why not, ask the buyer to come, we can discuss it openly, totally willing to participate i am .That will be the end of that lie as well. In the meanwhile, YOU do what you have been asked of so many times by so many members, seniors and juniors alike. Dont try to evade again. Come on. Post the receipt or admit wrong doing. Dont change the subject.

Trust me, no one would have made so much of a fuss, if u had told everyone in the very beginning that u r doing commercial selling or whatever... No one even cares.... But to be honest, u played around with everyone... Baat ko ghuma ghuma ker ....

4.75LE is sold further, not with the same guy anymore. It would keep on moving forward, you should have been honest to tell him in the start of the deal that it would be refurbished or used and that you can't guarantee its working. Instead of raising his expectations for a brand new.

well the guys here made their point then. Any degree of problem? If you did have to make your point then you should have done so remaining with in your limits, dont expect hugs instead of anger after the kind of language you use in your posts honey.

Now either admit it that you didnt buy it from abroad and got it locally to sell here on pakwheels or produce the evidence to show that you bought it from abroad...simple as that...no alaan falaan, no evading, no bs. Keep it to the point and simple. You sold them through pakwheels and according to forum policy commercial selling is not allowed. And as members and users of this forum, every one has the right to ask for the proof of the items you are selling because, after all, this is an open forum. Doesnt matter if the buyer wants the receipt or not.

coming to the point. So, you sent your "165krx3 serial number" from the box. Even took the time out to send the picture of serial number from the box. Good, infact, very good. And you got a very encouraging reply from Focal.com. Very glad for you. You and your friend very happily posted the screen shots etc just to imply that your "kit 165krx3" is a genuine focal product and that the "24" tweeters that I have used over the time were fake. Hmm...Interesting...
so basic facts:
1. You sent email to focal.com and Mr Favory replied to your mail.
2. You also talked about the mail in which focal.com categorically mentioned that it's official tweeter finish is "Satin Aluminum Finish" and that it has NEVER changed it.

Lets take a look at what satin aluminum finish is? :

Google.com search gives these results, lets take a look at the close ups.

Looks familiar? No? Chalo lets carry on...

OK, google for polished aluminum returns these results:

Now, lets bring in the tweeters:

Well, i have been silently observing the debate. I know when moonjee started the audio quest, i was one of the first few people he met. he kept improving his sound system over the period.
Can you please share the receipts of the purchases that you have made from abroad?
There can be an alternate solution to all this. Please share the serial numbers of the units you have sold, or have your buyers share them with you. So we can email FOCAL representative and ask through which distribution / retail centre these were sold. That may help resolve the issue even if you do not have the receipts.

I still have that whole chat saved in my mobile, posting a part of it does not prove anything. Just like it did not prove a doctor who sold gurday. If anyone wants it, I can email it to him. I only told him to please inquire doctor if the amps are working 100 % and are non repaired. Any buyer has this right, even if Dr.Shaggy is selling. But he took it against him.

Moon, issue here is not about your Utopias. So don't even bother focal people more with that. They must be fine. The fact of the matter is that people here think that you have been commercially selling. So yes you've rightly said, posting the Sr. Numbers of PS165 that were sold to different people would suffice.

Rest i strongly suggest that you should not comment on his professional career, being a Dr is a noble job. I have seen him do 18-20 hours shifts staying 100% alert. Lets not go there.

And the part of chat that was posted by Dr, in that you didn't use gentle words to suggest enquiry regarding the item being bought. It wasn't nice, any humble person, finding out that he's being called a cheat would mind that. Since this is an open forum, if you could share the evidence of that amp being bad, we would surely hold Dr accountable for that. However, if you or a friend of yours bought an amplifier and it didn't turn out fine, but i think you should've contacted the seller right there right than, rather than say this behind his back. Otherwise it makes the buyer guilty. You can't go to a shopkeeper or a user after quite an interval and tell him he sold you broken thing.. consequences may be something the buyer may not like..

Now the third side of the picture, maybe it was the installation guy who wrecked the amplifier. Maybe it wasn't even a fault to begin with. Now that matter cannot be closed with sufficient evidence, since its long gone now.

For the sake of everyone's respect here, i suggest that we should not get personal. This is a public forum, if items bought / sold have trouble, matters are to be discussed openly. Focal is a very good brand nothing wrong with it. Lets not confuse the upcoming buyers.

Moon, i'd suggest that you drop the matter of the old amplifier and share the details of PS165 sold. And from there onwards, this matter shall be deemed resolved. No accusations / bitchin by any party regarding anyone. We're civilized educated gentlemen here, lets behave that way.

Now we are talking, if Dr.Shaggy can come up and tell how I talk or chat with him, in person or on the phone, I highly respect him. But then, how could he or anyone conspire that I sold fake? Is that civilized or gentle? I admit, posting a part of chat won't prove anything, I know Dr.shaggy for two years now, no doubt about his passion. But all of a sudden, when I went for Utopia, he started calling his pursuit the biggest mistake of his life. It did bother me, if he was a friend, he could have told me the bottom line, he never did. I could have changed my plans. We all help each other, from making decisions, to sourcing to installation and tune. But he only left a suspicion in my mind. I followed him, yes I admit, but then he left me on my own. And next thing I found, was a conspiracy. I totally lost my mind over it.

My mistake I did not check my amplifier right in front of the seller, you only do that when you trust someone blindly. My friend did the same. I admit I was a little rude in that part of the chat, but the same guy asked me if I sold fake Focal, wasn't that rude? It came from Dr.shaggy!

So yeah, I sent my serials for my own concern. Will send the remaining and let you all know about the results. And commercial selling? How many sale threads do I own? THREE, one for my HU 7150, one for my KRX2, and one for PS165. I only help those who contact me, I don't ask people to buy my stuff by knocking on their doors!
