result is better in azam denter / Ashraf engineering... but one has to push them hard and put regular visits to get the things done in time as they are tooo lazy/ Busy

in simple words sir per khara ho ker kam kerwao gy tu acha kam bhi kerain gy or time per khatam bhi kerain gy werna kaam latak jaye ga.
