Moved from city 03 to civic 03

First of all congrats with the new ride,
1,For the optitron(Face lift in you car Onwards) meter is concerned than you have to replace the ECU also,so its wise to leave it,so better think for glowing needles option (which personally i don't like)but its my personal opinion not to hurt any one's feeling)
2,The lights in pic 2,3 are of USDM you can find them with a little effort.

here seen it on pw some cat eye owner swap meter with that of eage eye?
now dont u think its bolt to bolt?
if yes n need to modification in wiring i want go for this else no
plz suggest

yar oriel n prosmatech sticker is extra as mine car is vit manual
previous owner post that so i didnot remove them
