its a British model Civic X turbo that needs Hi-Octane.

Bro You can take refill from Rajana Interchange, they are very good quality HI-Octane. its Just 1 KM away from Interchange OR Hi-Octane will also be available from Multan interchange. If your car does 500 KM in one tank then you don't need to take refill on Motorway again.
Once you reached sukkur you will find Hi-Octane again and it will take you to Karachi.

Just follow M4 from Multan and it will take you to Abdul Hakim where M3 starts for Lahore. Keep using M4 and bypass M3 interchange by keeping yourself at left side. Then you'll reach to Pindi Bhattian by following M4. From there use M2 for Islamabad. It's very easy once you will be at motorway you won't find any difficulty.

Guys anyone, is there any petrol pump in between M4 & M5, if we r leaving from Faisalabad, straight through m4 & continue to m5 til sukkur ??
Or any recommend pump nearby interchange?

Fuel is now available on two service areas of M5. Call 130 for confirmation.

Can someone guide the number of petrol pumps on motorways M5 and M3 if one travels from Karachi to Lahore. As far as I've gathered from the discussion above, there's no problem till Sukkar. Then I should fill up the tank at Sukkar before entering M5. Then there's a pump somewhere between the end of M5 at Multan and start of M3 at Abdul Hakeem. Then nothing on M3 till Lahore.

So fueling at Sukkar before M5 and at Multan before M3 are the only two places to fill up the tank?

Also what's the situation on the way back from Lahore to Karachi? Again at end of M3 and M5?

just did a round trip.

You can get fuel from Sukkur right before the interchange
Next you will have to refill at Multan. You can get off at shershah or khanewal interchange.
Then you can stop at Rajani interchange.
