Absolutely outstanding place....number 1 is Bahria and no 2 is B17...no doubt...even no match to DHA..

Best place to live in Islamabad are Cda sectors than bahria town

B-17 is way far from
City and prices are not appreciating there much

I am sorry for the disagreement but only E and F sectors are liveable...Rest G and I are hopeless...broken roads, haphazard street Nos...30 to 40 feet roads...no maintenance of parks...absence of health facilities, security, modern ammenities...in short no match with bahria town...if u wana live a typucal guzara type zindagi u can live in isb but if u want a quality life style in same amount Bahria Town is the place.

Bahria town is good bro but Cda has it own perks

Example a fully developed plot of prime location size 1 Kanal in bahria enclave sells max of 1.4 Crore

And a in park enclave CDA where it's still in development phase a kanal plot only file (no possession) starts at 1.5 Crore

Bahria is a nice place but still it's Rawalpindi no Islamabad (the capital)

Bahria is good but not the best as the already built homes there are built using 2nd class or 3rd class material and their construction is of low class and standards. it is best if you construct your own home on an empty plot in your own supervision using 1st class materials.

bhai please pardon my ignorance as i am a paindu from Lahore.. don't know much about Islamabad sectors, blocks, CDA covered areas, and such mushroom societies...

B-17 is the other name given to 'Multiprofesional cooperative housing society' ?
is it under CDA or Rawalpindi administration ?

If you are buying for investment purpose then B-17 is excellent but if you are interested in living then i will suggest you should look for bahria or dha ... as B 17 is still very far from the centre of city and margalla avenue project has gone to drain like other government projects ...

And yes bahria and DHA provide better living standards than CDA sectors.....

Lolzzz....no prob bro...B 17 is a CDA sector but its whole development has been done by Munti professional cooperative Housing society AKA Multi or MPCHS...now CDA is nothing to do with B17 (MPCHS)...everything is done through MPCHS own office located at G8 Markaz islamabad.You must once visit B 17 ...its really outclass...specially in terms of roads and infra structure...its main.double road which is dividing sector A and C is almost 400 feet wide...you will not see such a wide road in whole country...Enterance also give a pleasent and wide open look...price wise its great at the moment dont know what is its future...at present 10 marla liveable plot costs from 40 to 50 lac and 1 kanal costs 55 to 75 lac depending upon the location...keep.in mind that its prices have fallen around 20 to 40 lac for 10 marla and 1 kanal respectively...however no depreciation is expected.
Last but not the least, they give u 10 lac ruppess on construction of your house for 10 marla and 1 kanal.

MPCHS is giving plots in installments. 887000 total cost for 5 marla, 175000 downpayment with 75000 installment every 3rd month.. 1274000 total cost for 8 marla, 245000 downpayment with 105000 installment every 3rd month. how is it

Welcome... its great...but its value will increase manifold when the Margalla Road will be completed and opened.Please keep in mind that from the last 2 years the ptices are absolutely stagnant.

I recommend it because here u can buy a kanal for 60~70 lac where as same kanal near faisal Mosque is not less then 8~9 crore. So No comparison at all.
