Dear, i was able to solve my previous issue of high charging through your advice, however now i am faced with another problem and I need your help. The problem is that my circuit breaker which is installed behind the UPS will trip automatically. The first instance of this happening was when a bulb got fused. Jaisay he bulb fuse howa, UPS tripped due to tripping of circuit breaker (CB). i tried to turned it on again but the CB's button got free and was not turning on, so i waited for like one minute and turned it up again and UPS started working normally.
i didnt pay attention to this much, but then today i wanted to test my battery as even if it is fully charged its voltage drops to 11 volts the moment light goes. Even though only 2 x energy savers or turned on UPS. So i wanted to increase some load and see if the voltages drop any further. So i did the following tests:-
1- i turned on a fan, it didnt affect the bty voltages, however just after 2-3 min after i turned on the fan, the CB again dropped. i again tried turning it on but CB's switch was free and didnt work, after 30 seconds to one minute i turned it on again and it worked and UPS started functioning again.
2- To test again, i this time turned on two fans, again after a few minutes the CB again tripped, although the bty voltage was alright i.e. 11 volts. i turned on the UPS again by switching the CB after one min and it worked.
3- Thereafter, i turned on my 29 inch TV on the UPS and it worked fine. The voltage were still 11 volts.
4- i kept my 29 inch TV on while on UPS, and after 2-3 minutes the CB again tripped. So it means that there is no problem with the bty and i think my CB is faulty. What do you say?
Remember, it is the same CB which was not even tripping when my UPS was charging the bty at 40-45 amperes. It only had tripped once or twice while charging on this high amperes.
