@mfdarvesh i recommend you inverex 420 watt with 100 to 150 AH battery..i have been used inverex 780 watt ups works great for me..6 fans 7 to 8 savers and sometime 100 watt bulb no problem for inverex...batterytiming is above 5 hours..i used millet 185

Dear experts,
My homeage 1000 vision ups is giving 12.99 volts on battery terminals while charging mode, and I am using 220 amp battery (6 months old) with it. What should be the accurate ups charging voltages ??? If it's charging voltages low then how I can I fix it ?

Brother, yes our generator have AVR output, AVR is also changes but the problem is still same. aur Output b 220-210 aur kabi kabi 170 tak ajtaa hai generator ka.

Generator per kuch b na lagao sirf UPS on ker k chargin k leye to genertor ka output voltage 180 tak gir jata hai. lekhin ager UPS fully band kerday main switch say aur pheir 10 FANs b chalao generator per to voltage 215-220 hota hai......

@awaisshabbir charging depends upon the current you provided to the battery .for 220AH ,20 A s the normal current..that is 10 percnt of you battery capecity...check yor currnt with good dc ampera meter with connent on series with battery...you will find out that yor homage ups given how much current ...i searched alot and find that homage gives approximately 14 to 16 Amper current in normal condition whereas charging process consits of 2 charging stps one is fast charging other is tickle charging or slow charging..fast charging wwhen your battery is low then specific limit..hope you will find the ans...

I recently bought invrex 780W 1200VA ups and AGS 200 battery
as light issue was too much i am charging it on generator
its 2.5kva
also problem was with gen that it produced 250V and on gauge in gen it shown 200V
after instalation on ups we seen gen was making a lot more then it should have i opned AVR and adjusted out put to 230V and with frige gen voltage comes down to 225v
but wapda is very low 165 to 195 max it goes
im using 4 fans and 5 energy savers on ups but 3 at most on ups
till one week it hasn't drained fully only 1 light gets down
so how many hours can it last as i use 2 to 3 hrs ups max then charge it on gen if light is gone for long
also i went for best battery claimed by all AGS 200
v

Junaid, Thanks for your reply. I am trying to get amp meter and hydro meter. Will check readings and post as soon as I get the tools. Btw, I have a good quality AC/DC clamp meter

Previously we were using AGS wet cell lead acid 150 ampere battery. All I know is VRLA batteries are not good for deep cycle operation as compared to wet cell batteries, true or false???

Dear digitech is transformer based ups, for dry or gel battery High frequency charging system is good, given in chines ( so called) invertors..........Try to keep your battery at cool place to get maximum life, as MF, Gel batteries gives optimum performance about 25 C.......not more than it

How old is it? Reason is ups keeps pumping in charge but battery cant hold it

I want it to trip on 6 fans...so i turned on six fans and turned screw ....but nothing happened...ok i 'll upload my ups pic in a while...

Voltmeter to measure voltage across terminals, clamp meter to measure current.

If you don't have it and are not in to techie stuff then i guess you need to get it checked from electrician
