bro yes the track is open now and we are the first group who crossed the Nori Top pass in this season, the road is very bad from nori top towards sharda and real offroad skills needed there for driving, army is working on the road for improvement, on the way we found an army vehicle and they were very astonished to see us that we are coming from the top. On the way we clear 2-3 hurdles by our own means but over all the track is ok now for travelling.:)
