Today we fitted in our engine and completed all pre requisites before cranking it for the first time........

Get a dry air cleaner box...I fitted a Nissan dry air filter in my 808 get rid of this messy Oil bath air cleaner

Started of with the wiring .......

Leaf springs were removed and refitted after maintenance .... rear brakes were services and brake drums painted.....

Good progress. The mechanical improvements will definitely enhance the car's performance. I hope the Brake pads inside the brake drums were also replaced as the old ones look quite worn out along with draining of the old brake oil fuild and replacing it with new brake oil. Small maintenance goes a long way in improving the braking performance.

Sir can you please specify, so that i can give it a correction.........

Right side of the car is nearly complete for the paint, but left side is still in the initial stage of primer application and rubbing...... so this difference will surely be removed before the final paint work is started.

I dnt believe this will be sorted the reason being the first picture the car sits on level ground where as in the 2nd picture cars sitting up a slope and the body is flexing so the gaps are all closed.
Those are the exact points made by many members at the start of the project that the body will flex and move if the structural integrity is messed with by removing the roof.

, But I cant Afford it. I think one of that Cars is in Karachi, saw it on OLX.
Too happy to see the efforts here. I Pray it comes out faster and as per the wishes of one who Craved for this.

Car is coming together nicely. The car's rear suspension does need some adjustment, as right now it looks lifted 2 to 3 inches more from the back side when compared to front side. Get it lowered a little from the back so it matches the front suspension height. Little things like this can make a big first impression. The mechanics may say, "kamaani system is like this and that leave it and don't change it", but honestly it does not look OK with back side lifted up like that. Hope you don't mind.
