rear lights orignal japanese ( kabali ) ! front head,parking,bumper indicator lights (new taiwanese) ! head lights upper and lower black patches (kabali) ! front grill 84 one with red toyota emblem on right lower corner ! Aluminiun radiator of i think 96 corona (very lightweight and as u all know alluminium has good heat rejection so better cooling )

dash will be bought in coming week ! door pardas will be bought too inshallah orignal ones !

copper radiators are the best. thats why most higher end cars have it. get some rust convertor and use it on the exposed underbody now, then a coat of rubber paint - be sure that you seal the panels under the doors really nicely from underneath - (best welded in a pit) otherwise water may enter such cavities and eat away the metal.

update ! returned the aluminium radiator ! and told him to find me a good copper 2 channel radiator ! he told me they are expensive but lets see

@ progress ! bought some GT emblems ! one for grill one for trunk GT twin cam ! will post pics when i get chance

from tomorow i will be working on its interior ! dashboard , door boards , door panels , seat belts ( all 4 )

one thing i want to add ! the doors i bought has additional inner re-inforcement ! a frame type metal in its inner place to make them stronger against collisions ! i will post some pics of it u guys will see the difference ! the doors i bought comes in GT models

go to a good paint supply shop and ask them for rust proofing solution - I dont speak pushto thats why I cannot tell you the correct name there (I had a friend from pesh. who told me that most items in peshawar are under a different name) but you guys in peshawar would definitely have it. The rubber paint would also be available as its packaged in Pakistan.

the rust convertor brand is hamritz or something.

no they are not GT - they are from a european market or somewhere in the mideast (US spec) - those doors have enforced skeletons so the doors dont fold on themselves like a curled potato chip when the car is hit from the front.

a single channel copper one would also work, if the core is clean and the fan is correctly mounted (no air leaks) - but if you drive in hot weather - two channel would help.

your original fuse box would have relay sockets not being used, you need to add wires and terminals to them and then use a main and circuit opening relay, you can also use a blank fuse slot for the EFI main fuse.
