Nope, but it sure does look like that in the photos. I guess it's due to the lighting and because I was using my polarising filter on the end of my lens (H)

Save up and get the brand new 600D . It's a DSLR and HD video recorder in one. The 500D and 550D also have video recording, but the new 600D has a cool swivel screen (much like a handycam) where you can fold it out, pivot and turn it to any angle. It makes seeing the screen whilst down low to the ground very easy. Will definitely be my next purchase for sure, although by that time the 800D will probably be out

Ahaan so what the difference bwteen 600D and 800D i guess i shall wait till the 800D as the price will decrease perhaps as the latest one arrived!

Haha, I don't even know if there will ever be an 800D. I was saying that in the sense that by the time I save enough money to upgrade to the 600D there will probably be about 5 models already released after that . The next model will be the 650D, but I'm not sure when it will be out. Best to wait until it's out as the 600D will become considerably cheaper.
