First time I had experience with this engine when I drove LX470 lexus. It was very very quite and pickup was good. 2nd time I drove it in toyota soarer it gave me 9 kms / liter on motorway and in city it was 5 kms/liter although its pick up was not better then 2.5 liter twin turbo soarer but fuel econmey was much better then the twin turbo engine.
I would not recommend this engine in landcruiser prado. As it will unbalance the entire vehicle. plus you have to be very carefull with setting all the sensors in place properly.
it is a good swap for landcruiser wide body as the frame is wide enough and height is ok for stronger road grip.
prado suspension is not designed to handle such monster engine unless you really have good engineers who can modify the vehicle suspension with ARB type parts. but it is never meant to hit the car on road with 160 kms speed.
Your vehicle out look is just too good try to get a light weight engine. d4 diesel is not a bad choice. it has plenty of torque and is very sound engine.
