Hi there,
i'd say stay away from hid's, they give very poor visibility.
You can install original Narva H4 Bulbs ,they are just too good. Im also using them.
But still, if you want to put hids. try to find some 4300K temperature if you are lucky to get them. otherwise 6000K is fine.

Me Like to install only for HIgh not on low and for dimmer with auto flasher what brand is best. Also pls suggest 35 watts or 55 watts.

i paid 6000 for the power windows, did the installation myself.

yes, you can have it with a very little alteration in your steering column. No Biggie!

Also price of Rs. 4,000 + installation includes steering wheel as well?

very well kept VXR hassan i like the way you have moderated it, you have given this car a very youthful look without going cheap bht zabardast yaar.

i own two Altos, 2001 and 2006, both are very neatly kept and maintained by me since the beginning. Would like to inquire from you regarding following things.

1) Smoky headlights, how have you done that and how much the cost?
2) Speedometer replacement is awsum, which car's speedometer is this? And how much for it as well?
3) Power windows understood but the door curtains with those power windows panels seems to be changed (looks extended) how did u do that?

dear hassan bhi MASHALLAH BEAUTIFULLY MAINTAINED RIDE. can u please tell me about following parts which u installed in ur alto.
1. The defogger screen. is it of Japnesses alto or some other car.
2. The rear hi mount lamp. (MAKE/MODEL OF CAR) or any lamp available in market.
3. LED DOME LIGHT & DAY/NIGHT MIRROR (MAKE/MODEL OF CAR).

Many People says power steering is dangerous on small cars on high speed because they dont get hardened on high speed. Whats your experience.

EPS has a lead that connects to the distributor. The higher the speed the harder it gets. In cars with ECUs its controlled by the ECU n makes it harder by sending signals to the motor of the EPS. Hope answerewd ur query.

Very nicely done MASHALLAH..... i also own a '12 Alto and want to do the same thing with the front grill..... would i have to completely replace the bumper or the genuine bumper would be altered....

Few more things that i wanted to ask..i was going thru this thread when i noticed U refraining a bro from installing HID.... should i not go for HID's n use original Halogen bulbs instead??

n yeah about that defogger thing...i have always been using Abba g's civic or corolla prior to getting my own Alto n m badly addicted to this defogger thing..hate pak suzuki for not having it installed in this local model.....would i have to replace the rear screen...that would be a loss to value wouldnt it ??...even if i do this mod would it work fine ??

one last thing :P.....really :P...... it would love to have EPS installed in my ride....does that work fine i mean whenever u do something like that it ultimately creates a problem with drive or watever....wat do u recommend does that work fine..stability or any other issues??? would be looking forward to ur reply...thnx n cheers :)...

Hi, i'll try to answer all of your queries

1) For the front grill, you will not have to change the complete bumper, only the grill part is removed

2) DO NOT install Hid's even if you get them for free, trust me they are just a waste of money, they have ZERO visibility plus you will be irritating the oncoming traffic all the time, get Osram NightBreakers H4 Bulbs or stick with the OEM ones.

3) You will have to replace the rear screen, no loss of value. Keep the original one with you if you want. I exchanged mine with the defogger one with a difference of Rs. 1000/- Do not get the rear windshield tinted or the defogger will stop working pretty soon.

4) EPS was the most lovely part of the car. I kept my car for 3 years after installing EPS, and never faced any issue regarding stability, drive or whatsoever, just get the EPS calibrated correctly (Zero Point Adjustment).
