bro i have one question the rpm meter that u have replaced has 10000 rpm and alto revs on 7000 rpm so does the needle gets stuck on 7 k or it goes till 10000 rpm ?

no the needle does not get stuck on 7000, rather it goes easily upto 8k.. or aik bar stationary car ki 10000 tak le kar gya tha rpm needle goes upto 10000 but engine roney lag jata hey..

nd btw i can only find bolt on auto tranny for alto of the japanese one that is coupled with 660CC engine, so fitting a 660CC tranny on a 1000CC.. dosen't makes sense to me..

Yeah your right about that. Tell me, If I get only EPS and Power Windows will I need to change the cars battrey as well?

i am really surprized to see your alto being in decent shape after such mods please view my new addition to garage and can i smoke these hlights too
will installing the meter and losing the reading downprice the car

does the wider tyres ruin the suspension

1) You can get these lights smoked.
2) No problem of decrease in value in my opinion as i have noted the reading of my genuine meter and will add the mileage travelled on new meter on the previous one when i will sell the car, not a big deal.
3) not sure about islamabad's markets
4) no damage to suspension because my tire size is reasonable165/65/13

hi, my apologies for responding late,

1) To convert the car's steering to Electric Power Steering, you will need to replace the complete steering column of your car (from steering wheel assembly to the cross) with the one having EPS motor and control unit on it. And one wire will be installed from the distributor of your car to the eps control unit. Thats it. it will be a bolt to bolt swap..

2) You wont find this equipment brand new, i got it from bilal gunj lahore, it is of JDM Alto.

3) Steering is about 200% lighter now, and it is surely reliable as it will provide assistance according to the speed of the vehicle.
