Now for your 2nd query, you have three options available for lowering the hottie since I figured it out by visiting different markets.
You can cut the spring to drop the car as per your requirement, (I have seen few guys who did it and they are happy but the issue is you cannot raise the height when you need to sell your car so you have to live with it after you cut the actual spring plus the expense is around 3k only I guess but not sure)
You can get Axio or premio springs for 3500 but again not recommended since Why one should replace your springs with a different car/model atleast I won't do that for my car when I can get aftermarket ones.
Go for Maxspeed which are genuine plus only made for Altis 2014+ models and you can get your ride to OEM height (Like UAE or Thai Altis/Corolla) with out any question. The only negative point is the price which is from 14k to 15k
