I am Posting the marked pics it is not visible in the pic but will give you an idea of its location.At the top middle back of the engine just below the valve cover its connected with a pipe pop of the pipe you get access to the pcv..if it gets blocked it it may lead to oil leaks eg oil in air filter bla bla

MashaAllah very nice ride brother, Allah apko iski aor bohat si birthdays celebrate karna naseeb farmaye, and you've celebrated it well i must say

However, i have one question. Why did you need to overhaul the engine at 250,000 km, i thought engines were supposed to last longer, wayyy longer in case of Honda/Toyota especially if taken well care of. Any particular reason , or engine's life just ended at 250,000 km? (asking just out of curiosity cuz my ride (Swift) is clocking 190,000 km +, apparently everything look's fine and going on strong but i am kinda concerned now after reading this that you had to overhaul it at these much Ks)

Thanks for your comments. it ran on CNG for 100, 000 km..from 80,000 to 180,000 that mainly lead to the weak valves, oil rings pistons. The car began to have heating, leaking seals and oil consumption problems near 200,000. So I had to get the engine opened to inspect the seals, gaskets, rings , pistons. I went for complete overhaul to get rid of these problems permanently. It has been a year and the engine is top notch didnt need to top off the coolant since then and the oil change interval is 5000 kms with no loss of viscosity. Well 250, 000 seems to be a too much optimistic figure in our environment where the car has to survive the physical and environmental extremes on daily basis. You can expect such figures in Europe or the states or in some ideal conditioned city in Pk.

Optimum engine temp i.e thermostat working and fans on auto with good pcv valve leads too very long engine life provided quality motor oil is used and filters. 5k is good interval, else for old engines 3k is not bad too. Btw Honda's work well with XW-30.
