no chance of finding a rhino unit (or equivalent) here as they cost a small fortune and nobody has ever been serious about power until recently.
there are a few sites online where you can find ways of strengthening your current gearbox as well but it requires alot is skill in this department (something our local mechs and welders lack).
since you are going "all out" there is an alternative but most people will kill me for saying it. you coudl hack away the rear of the car, build a frame work (out of tubing) and fit and entire FWD setup in the back of your car and therefore using a toyota FWD gearbox attached to your engine,.. the easiest thing woudl be to fit an auto otherwise trying to fit a manual and then getting it to work reliably will be next to impossible. this idea is strictly for a hardcore swap and is probably going to give you MANY headaches.
at the moment i'm sure you have to feather the throttle when launching right? best thing to do is keep the launches gentle and then give it throttle once moving. if you are not willing to spend more time getting all the conversions done i will then suggest you upgrade as much as you can in the drivetrain as well as tyring to source a LSD for your car as i'm sure it'll need it. forget abotu finding one from here as almost no cars came with them to PK. LSD conversion kits are available from most of the larger manufacturers of preformance VW stuff.
have you fit a suction fan to the radiator as well? it'll help cooling when you are not moving,.. also you'd haev to fiddle with the thermostat as the water temp at the radiator will be considerably cooler than the water temp at the engine.
good luck and keep us updated.
