Your brother has a nice 300Zx mashallah, is it auto/manual.
About 2 years ago my brother and I were at a Southampton Doc Car Auctions looking for some pajeros and estimas when we used to deal in them but couldn’t find any decent ones.
The only thing that caught our eye was a black 300zx hidden away in the corner. We checked it out and it seemed in good condition apart from a noise coming from the power steering so we thought we would risk it and bid for a joke but surprisingly there were only a few bidders (I think they were put off buy the power steering noise) and we got it for a bargain £1,400!!
It was a black twin turbo, auto with black leathers and 18” alloys. We brought it home and found the noise coming from the power steering as there was a leak in the pipe and the fluid had drained out. We ordered a used pipe & a new K&N air filter kit, fitted the pipe and filled up the power steering fluid and the noise went away instantly. I then fitted the air filter and took it for a spin.
The gears changed smoothly, turbos felt solid (no smoke) and the car pulled well, all round bargain for £1,400!!
