Today I finally got up washed my face and decided I am going to shershah and find myself a dashboard and to my luck I only took me a half an hour to find the thing at the holyplace for cars called shershah. Turnout there are only two people at shershah who sell Mitsubishi interior parts and trims. One is Mama Bechain ( jin ke pass Meri gari ka Saman nahi tha) and the second one is saeed Bhai who had alot of old Mitsubishi, honda and Toyota interior and electronics and who provided me with mine. Both of these shops are located on 7th Street ( 7 gali) and man that place is a heave for restorers. Some pics of what I found for my car..

Bhai saeed bhai is the giant when it comes to car parts old accord, civics, integras and crx. i bought a lot of parts from him for my 81 civic hatchback in 2015.

he has two shops with tons of parts. even i have seen half cuts of civic 84 in his shop.

Lucky you that have got the main thing dashboard.

what about the meter. ur car had the digital one. is it save from fire.
take out all the leftovers from old burnt dashbaord including ac knobs, plastic tacks etc.

Yes the right side of the dashboard was complete unharmed. So the digital meter is working quite well. I will be installing the light dimmer, and other buttons and center console from my old dashboard.

I will make sure that I make a video and upload some pics of the shop and the location of Saeed Bhai.

Yeas he still has half cuts of many civics and accords. He is saviour for old cars I suppose.

I have seen complete cuts of 81-84 Corolla there, and complete interiors as well.

No issues... It is better to ask the guy first and the go to shershah. And it is also better to go by a bike rather than a car because there is no space to park and the road there will ruin your suspension

I personally want there myself because I don't trust denters to buy things properly and I think they charge somewhat more than the actual cost better to do that yourself.

People any suggestions to clean this dashboard. Since it was lying around in a pile of scrap it is very dirty and I need to clean this up.

Some suggested to wash it up with surf, I don't think it is a good idea.

Saeeb bhai ki shop k bilkul baraber mai Fahim naam k bande ki shop hai.....u can get chicken piece kind of dashboard for corolla and charade parts. actually he has two shops

Bhai pehley gari ki full wiring fitting and color waghera complete kerlo. dashaord sb se last mai fit kerna because interior should be done in the last always.

That is the plan... Yesterday got the wiring loom checked. Turns out 90% of the wiring inside is ohk... But still I think a custom proper wiring should be done.
